Communication was great. Aaron Thomas went above and beyond to help us close the deal. We had problems with a tenant resisting to leave when the lease was up. Actually he was the one that was able to get them to move by offering keys for cash. If it wasn't for him we may have not been able to sell the property

When you are an estate executor, there are multiple beneficiaries, and you are trying to administer everything from hundreds of miles away while occupied full-time with your career, liquidating estate property assets can present significant complications. This is especially true if that asset is a house that needs significant work. Accomplishing improvements, listing for sale, negotiating costs or concessions to address deficiencies, etc. makes for a significant undertaking of time and effort. Fifth Avenue Property Group (5th APG) made a very competitive offer given my independent appraisal and consideration of all pertinent factors to include (1) cost avoidance for commissions, deed transfer tax, etc. (which amounted to 8.5% by my estimation), (2) the “as-is” condition offer, and (3) the $5K to settlement guarantee. Settlement was accomplished remotely and completed 5 weeks to the day from contract agreement. 5th APG was also very professional to every individual involved and was an efficient team in executing all tasks to the completion of the sale. All considered in its proper context, I am more than happy with my decision and would do it again.
